The City of Bulawayo would like to advise members of the public of water supply interruptions to suburbs fed from the 300mm mains conveying treated water to Pumula due to a burst along that pipeline that occurred on Thursday, 19th of August 2021.
Bulawayo City Council is currently working on rehabilitating the pipeline and resuming water supplies to the affected suburbs at the earliest possible convenience. The affected suburbs include:
Pumula South, Pumula East, Pumula Old A, B &C, Pumula South and Khami.
Residents are advised to conserve water accordingly and ensure that taps remain turned off in-case of earlier completion of the said works.
The City of Bulawayo wishes to apologize to its valued customers for any inconveniences caused.
