The section plans, manages and promotes the implementation of gender, occupational health and safety management systems in Council through identifying the strategic issues and providing technical advice to departments and recommending adoption of best practices. The development and the implementation of gender equity and social inclusion programmes in close collaboration with the departments and implementing partners is resident in this section.
