The Industrial Relations section manages work-related obligations and entitlements between BCC and the employees for the maintenance and development of good and healthy relations between the two. The section establishes a link between managers and employees to foster a sound two-way communication system between the two to ensure the creative contribution of trade unions both internal and external to avoid industrial conflicts. The management of staff conditions of service, staff code of conduct and the grievance handling processes and procedures are all key functions of this section.
