The Recruitment and Selection function of the department is to acquire the necessary skills and talent for the entire cooperate through effective and professional recruitment and selection processes. The section facilitates the monitoring of staff performance and retention of critical skills for BCC in liaison with the Industrial Relations Section. Periodically the section does job evaluation processes to assess the function of all permanent positions and recommending appropriate remedies of keeping such positions relevant and functional.
