NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Bulawayo (hereinafter referred to as Council) in terms of Section 229 of the Urban Councils Act (Chapter 29:15) resolved to make the following by-laws:
1. City of Bulawayo Water, Sewerage and Drainage by-laws, 2023
Copies of the proposed by-laws will be open for inspection at Council Offices, Municipal Buildings (City Hall) on Fife Street during working hours (08.00hrs to 16.00hrs). Copies are also available on the Council Website http://www.citybyo.co.zw/Downloads/DraftByLaws
Any objections to the proposed by-laws may be lodged with the Town Clerk whose offices are located at the City Hall Municipal Building, corner Fife Street and L Takawira Avenue, Bulawayo or by email to tcdept@citybyo.co.zw within 30 days of publication of this notice.
