HIRE OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE POLIO VACCINATION CAMPAIGN - 2nd ROUND

DESCRIPTION	The City of Bulawayo is inviting individuals with Double Cab or SUV Motor vehicles for the National Polio Vaccination Campaign (Round 2) commencing on Tuesday, 19 March 2024 to Friday, 22 March 2024 (4 days), at a fixed rate per vehicle per day inclusive of fuel. Registration will be done at the City of Bulawayo Khami Road Stores offices on Friday, 15 March 2024, between 08:00 hours and 12:00 hours. Inspection of registered vehicles will be done on the same day (Friday, 15 March 2024) at the City of Bulawayo Cleansing Section, Khami Road (Behind Khami Cafe). Vehicle owners/Drivers to bring the following; Valid Driver's Licence (For registration purposes) Vehicle Registration Book (For inspection purposes) Valid Vehicle Licence (For Inspection Purposes) Valid Motor Insurance (For inspection purposes)

CONDITIONS

Kindly note that registration and inspection will be done on a STRICTLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS for the limited number of vehicles required.
Kindly note that qualification is upon production of all required documentation and inspection which should follow the sequence if registration.
Failure to comply with the above will lead to automatic disqualification.
