The Human Capital Department is currently headed by Mr. Makhosi Tshalebwa and has seven (7) distinct sections. The strategic focus of the department is to foster a council wide approach that supports and develops motivated staff to achieve high levels of performance.
The department seeks to establish and maintain effective relations with staff individually and collectively and with their recognised trade unions to achieve high levels of employee engagement to foster a safe and fair working environment.
